Peter Bingle (Founding Director)

Peter is one Britain's leading public affairs practitioners. He has advised many top companies such as McDonald’s, HSBC, L’Oreal, Permira, Motorola, Rolls Royce & Kellogg's.  After eight years in local politics and a twenty-five years in public affairs, he still enjoys advising senior company executives on how best to engage with government and local government.

Dave Clark (Senior Adviser)

Dave is one of London's most experienced planners and urban designers.  He worked for thirty years for Wandsworth Borough Council's planning department.  Now in the private sector, he enhances Terrapin's clients with his knowledge of local government.

Theo Julius (Account Executive)

After working in political think tanks and with the British toy industry Theo moves into the property world with Terrapin.  He's been an ardent follower of British and international politics at post and undergraduate level.

Natasha Kendall (Account Executive) 

Natasha worked in a senior Labour MPs office before moving to Terrapin upon the completion of an international politics postgrad degree. She has a keen interest in domestic and international politics.

Christian Klapp (Director)

Christian joined Terrapin in 2014 and has risen to Director level. He advises clients from across various housing tenures on how best to engage with local government. Before joining Terrapin he worked with Bell Pottinger's UK property based division.

Inessa Tserendejidiin (Office Manager)

Inessa runs our London operation. After completing an MBA she managed an electronic equipment installation company for five years and is trlingual in English, Russian and Mongolian.

Liz Williams (Founding Director)

Liz runs our financial side and our video making operation. After a short period in local newspapers, Liz was a broadcasting journalist for 15 years with the BBC and Independent sectors, radio and television. From interviewing Prime Ministers as a Lobby Correspondent to covering bomb attacks and industrial closures, Liz has experienced many crisis situations.
